Family Fun Weekend

The Clarke House Bed & Breakfast

My two kids husband and I stayed at this wonderful B & B for a family fun weekend, which allows you to bring your children for a weekend full of ice skating, games, and pizza parties. We were treated like we were part of the family, my kids loved every minute of our weekend. We stayed in the King Suite which was absolutely gorgeous, complete with king size bed and bed height fireplace. One of the best things about things about this Inn is you can get as much attention as you need or as much privacy as you need you want. Lastly accommodations were made to meet my skin allergies. We will be back for a romantic weekend soon!

My husband and I stayed here for three days shortly after Christmas and found it to be one of the most enjoyable vacations we've experienced. The rooms were gorgeous and well-appointed with quality furnishings and decor. The owner decorates seasonally, and we were amazed at how elegant yet cozy the house was made for the holidays. Dietary needs are taken into consideration, and the breakfasts were delicious. The owner and employees are solicitous and helpful, accommodating every request. Expect a gift shop in the future (the owner mentioned she had plans for this when I suggested it to her) and accommodations for weddings and parties. They've made wonderful updates to the house, and my husband and I are excited to return! Incidentally, we stayed in Birch's room, though one of the employees showed us the other rooms as well. Perhaps next time...Maple suite!!

InnSide Tip - Winter recreation
My husband and I recommend snowmobiling with Alpine Adventures in nearby Lincoln, tubing at either Loon Mountain (best value and service) or Gunstock, and horseback riding at the Rocky Ridge Ranch.
