The Brewster Inn
Circa 1890. This large Victorian mansion is located on three acres and offers a terrace and two dining rooms with views of Cazenovia Lake. Originally, the home was constructed by Benjamin Brewster, a partner of John Rockefeller in Standard Oil. Some guest rooms offer fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs. The inn's renowned restaurant staffs nine chefs preparing gourmet meals with only the freshest ingredients. Dessert souffles are a specialty.
