Circa 1940. From the porch of this bed & breakfast inn, guests can gaze at rolling, forested hills and watch as riverboats ease their way down the Siuslaw River. Aside from the spectacular view, the inn is located within a few yards of a marina where docking and mooring is available. The ocean, the dunes and historic Florence are just minutes away as well. The Bridal Suite offers King-size bed, sitting area, whirlpool tub, fireplace and view of the river and grounds. Fresh, seasonal fare highlights the breakfast menu. Treats such as fresh fruit smoothies, muffins topped with homemade blackberry jam or a smoked salmon and avocado quiche are not uncommon.
