Cancellation:All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will lose their entire deposit. Please note that weekly rentals and holiday/festival weekends require 30 days notice for a deposit refund. The following are holiday/festivals that require at least 30 days notice on cancellation: Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day, Venetian Festival (last Saturday in July), Labor Day Weekend.
