Description

Circa 1743. Dating back to the early French building period in New Orleans, this beautifully restored collection of historic luxury cottages boasts individual courtyards and distinctive amenities found at the end of a passageway of ancient crepe myrtle trees. Be pampered in a one or two-bedroom suite with a walk-in shower, wrought iron furniture, and crystal chandelier, or faux fireplace. Surrounded by lush foliage and wrought iron chaise lounges, the original brick-accented saltwater pool is thought to be the oldest in the French Quarter. Linger over a continental breakfast served in the garden house, your own parlor, or al fresco on the patio terrace. The onsite French Quarter butler attends to every detail to ensure each stay is relaxing and unique. Savor the local cuisine while keeping in shape with access to the fitness center in any New Orleans Hotel Collection location. Le Jardin Spa offers in-room services for guests of the Cottages.

Real History - with real Comfort!

Wife and I came with freinds, and the two bedroom set ups here are perfect for that. The butler service was attentive, not obtrusive, the breakfast on the private patio divine! We were so close to Bourbon Street, but once we passed the door to number 509, we were in anohter world and loved being there! Really an exceptional experience.

InnSide Tip - Audubon Stayed Here
Ask to stay in number 1. That is where John James lived while painting for Birds of America! Or you could ask for number 3, where Liz Taylor stayed more than 27 times during her career! Or in number 4, where the Confederate ghost is usually seen! We'll be back!
