Cancellation

There is a two night minimum for advance reservations on all weekends, and on weekdays in July and August. All holidays and event weeks also require a two or three night minimum. We may make an exception if we have rooms available. Room Deposit A deposit of the equivalent of one night's stay is required. A deposit of half the total cost of the stay is required on reservations for more than three nights, holiday and for special events. Balance must be secured with a credit card or paid in full at check in. Cancellations Deposits are refundable if your reservation is canceled at least 10 days prior to check in. Less than 10 days notice your deposit is only refundable (less a $15.00 service charge) if we can rebook the room. Payment We except cash, travelers checks, MasterCard and Visa. A Personal check for payment or deposit is acceptable if we receive the check a week prior to arrival. Check-In and Check-out Check-In is between 4pm and 6pm. Checkout is by 11am. If you would like to check in earlier or later please let us know at least one day prior to your arrival and we will try to accommodate you. Children and extra accommodations Our rates are based on double occupancy; there is a charge of $20.00 for each additional person. Children are welcome but we are sorry we cannot always accommodate infants and toddlers, it depends. We do not have cots or pack & plays available at this time. Pets We accept pets on a limited basis. Only one of our rooms is suitable and the additional person charge of $20.00 applies. For the comfort of our other guests we do not take advance reservations for pets unless you are part of a group that has another room or rooms. Smoking Policy All of our guest rooms and common rooms are smoke free.
