Circa 1870. The entrance to this Adirondack-style lodge is through the original log cabin, which dates to 1879 when it was a stagecoach stop. Located on 24 forested acres, the inn adjoins the preserve with miles of scenic trails, picnic and camping areas. Rooms feature mountain views and most have double Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces and sitting areas. The inviting dining room boasts polished wood floors and small tables with twig back chairs. The common areas feature lodge and simple English-country decor. Stuffed French toast with apple cider syrup is a popular entree for the inn's breakfast buffet.
