My husband and I spent a wonderfully relaxing Columbus Day weekend here. A beautiful old Cape Cod Inn where Innkeeper,Lisa, made us feel completely welcome and at home. The breakfasts were scrumptious, especially the homemade waffles with the warm strawberry sauce! We will definitely be back!

We just arrived home in CT a couple of hours ago but wanted to take a moment to say we had such a WONDERFUL first visit at the Acworth Inn this weekend......food was wonderful, the inn and our room (Hydrangea) was beautiful, and the service couldn't have been better! We loved meeting the proprietor Lisa who was SO very helpful with recommendations and helping us to making our plans! And her wonderful staff is top-notch along with her handsome Havanese puppy, Duffy! If you're a dog lover, (and even if you're not) you're sure to fall in love with this sweetheart of a lovable fellow! Thanks for such a lovely time Lisa and we'll DEFINITELY be back in the future to the Acworth Inn!

InnSide Tip - Just a tip
Just two small things about the room: It is on the second floor and VERY steep stairs going up to the second landing...if you have trouble with stairs, you might want to consider renting a first floor room instead. Also, I forgot to mention to the innkeeper that just as a suggestion she might want to install a handrail in the shower just to make it easier to get in and out of the shower since it is such a high ledge on the tub. It's just something handy for older folks and people with leg/hip problems to have to be able to grab onto to balance themselves. Other than those two little things, the trip was a total success!
