Circa 1886. This lovely red-brick mansion was built by a Civil War veteran and politician. The home features beautiful woodwork, an ornate carved banister, high ceilings, arched doorways and windows, and original gas light fixtures. Spacious guest quarters includeunique indoor shutters. The Pidgeon River Fish and Game Preserve and seven county parks are conveniently close. Antique shops and the Shipshewana Flea Market will fill your shopping desire.
