Circa 1921. Built in 1921 as the girls' dormitory for the Stanley McCormick School, in 1991 it became Terrell House Bed and Breakfast. The B&B inn is situated in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains just 45 minutes from Asheville, in Burnsville, North Carolina. The quiet neighborhood is within an easy walk to historic downtown. Sit on a front porch rocker or by the fire in the parlor. Read or watch a movie in the library/TV room. There is an outdoor gazebo and a barbecue pit. Air-conditioned guest bedrooms are all named after females and boast sitting areas and well-appointed furnishings. Patricia's Room features a hand-painted clawfoot tub. Sandi's room is a large stately room with a Queen pencil post bed, convertible sofa and two wingback chairs with en-suite shower and mountain views.
Tammy's room is traditionally decorated with a Queen bed, chairs and its own shower.
Betty's room is decorated in Americana style and also includes a convertible sofa. There is plenty of sitting room and an en-suite shower room.
Patricia's room is delicate and for romantics. Soak in the clawfoot, hand-painted tub or use the shower. The room overlooks a landscaped acre of lawns.
