Description

Circa 1916. Built in 1921 as the girls' dormitory for the Stanley McCormick School, in 1991 it became Terrell House Bed and Breakfast. The B&B inn is situated in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains just 45 minutes from Asheville, in Burnsville, North Carolina. The quiet neighborhood is within an easy walk to historic downtown. Sit on a front porch rocker or by the fire in the parlor. Read or watch a movie in the library/TV room. There is an outdoor gazebo and a barbecue pit. Air-conditioned guest bedrooms are all named after females and boast sitting areas and well-appointed furnishings. Patricia's Room features a hand-painted clawfoot tub. Start each day with a hearty breakfast in the formal dining room before embarking on the day's adventures and excursions.
