Stay in an efficiency, a one-bedroom hexagon-shaped cottage with a living room and kitchen or the spacious three-bedroom Seagull, perfect for families. A bountiful breakfast is served in the dining room. Swim in the outdoor pool, play croquet, softball, volleyball, badminton or basketball. Enjoy a picnic on grassy lawn areas. There are gas grills for barbecuing. It is a short walk to the beach on Nantucket Sound.

Policies

Minimum Stay Requirements:Three nights on weekends, in season. Cottage, weekly, in season.
Cancellation:$25 service charge will be applied to all canceled reservations. A $50 service charge is applied to all cottage cancellations. 14 or more days prior to arrival, the balance of your deposit is refunded. Notice of less than 14 days, the deposit is refunded only if we are able to sell the entire reservation.
Smoking:Smoke Free Property.
