If you cancel your reservations by notifying us 14 days prior to your reserved dates, you will be charged a $25.00 processing fee. Upon shorter notice of cancellation, we will process your credit card for the full amount owed. If we are able to book the room(s), you will only be charged the processing fee of $25.00. If your reservations are covered by a Gift Certificate and you do not show, you will be sent an invoice for $50.00 per day per room.
