Being a small property, last-minute changes greatly affect the inn. Please do not hesitate to contact them as soon as possible if you have any changes in your travel plans. If a reservation of under 29 nights is canceled or changed within two days of your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for a one-night stay (plus applicable taxes). If a reservation of 29 or more nights is canceled or changed within seven days of your scheduled arrival date or change, you will be charged for a seven-night stay.
