         <title>Rivertown Inn</title>
         <link>http://www.iloveinns.com/bed_and_breakfasts/minnesota/rivertown.htm</link>
<description>This three-story Victorian mansion, built by lumberman John O'Brien, is the town's first bed &amp; breakfast and has recently been renovated and restored by new owners. Framed by a wrought iron fence, the inn boasts a wraparound veranda. Each guest room and suite has been named and decorated after 19th-century poets such as Lord Byron, Browning, Tennyson and Longfellow. Period antiques were chosen to represent the poets' unique styles. Carved or poster beds are featured, and all rooms offer fireplaces and double whirlpool tubs. Among the many amenities are Egyptian cotton bed linens and plush robes. The inn's chef prepares gourmet entrees for breakfast and in the evening light hors d'oeuvres and fine wines are offered. Historic downtown is three blocks away and overlooks the St. Croix River.</description>
