I have been here four times and plan on returning soon. I can't stress how helpful all of the staff are from booking the room that is my exact style to when I leave. this is the only place I will stay when visiting Saint Augustine and if all the rooms are booked I just have to wait. the history in this house is unbelievable. You have to stay here when you come no doubt to see for yourself that this is another world.
