Description

Circa 1872. Located on the renowned Sonoma Plaza, this historic inn was recently remodeled. French-country furnishings and antiques fill the lobby. Guest rooms also are decorated with French-country furnishings. Maya Angelou wrote "Gather Together in My Name" while staying here. Wine service is offered to guests between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., and in the morning, a continental breakfast is served. Restaurants, antique stores, spas, and museums are within steps of the inn and a short walk away from the tree-lined plaza are several wineries.
