My wife and I have stayed at over 60 B&Bs during the past 12 years; this is the first one far outside our usual 4-hour radius from our home on the east coast. It was a good pick. As one might expect, the inn is attractive and clean. Breakfasts were very tasty and beyond the more typical scrambled eggs. But, what makes the difference between one inn and another is the owner and Richard is one of the most hospitable and engaging owners we've met. Yeah, I'd stay here, again.

Guest rooms and dining rooms overlook the Old Mill, the waterfall and swans gliding across the millpond. Some guest rooms offer items such as canopy bed or private decks. In the summer, guests can dine al fresco and gaze at the mill pond.
