Policies

Minimum Stay Requirements:	Two-night minimum on weekends and holidays of peak season and a two-night minimum all during the off-peak season.
Children Restrictions:	The Garden and Rose suites both have two bedrooms and well behaved childen over 5 are welcome. Children of all ages are welcome guests in the Oak Suite, Pine Suite and Cabin House
Cancellation:	If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, there will be no charge only if the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date (14 days for holidays). If a reservation is cancelled within the 7 days (14 days for holidays) the innkeepers will diligently try to re-rent the suite to another guest. If we are successful in re-renting out the suite for the original booking dates the canceling guest will only be charged one nights rent as a cancellation charge. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date A cancellation inside of the 7 day period will not be accepted due to weather conditions, such as snow in the Park, weather too hot, too cold or too rainy.

“Lovely Place to Stay”

We stayed here for five nights in August 2009. The place is beautiful, the suite was excellent- two bedrooms, very clean and comfortable. The innkeepers Brenda and John were very helpful, they have two lovely kids who are just starting to get stuck in helping giving the place a lovely family feel. We were really glad that we stayed there.

BOTTOM LINE: I would stay here again.

“Lovely & Affordable Get Away!”

We had family visiting from out of state & wanted a place near Yosemite where we could rest our heads AND have a chance to eat together & play cards that wouldn't break the bank. The 2 suites that make up the cabin where everything we could have wanted. Comfy, nicely appointed, spacious & private. The grounds are beautiful & it was quiet at night. John & Brenda were wonderful, helpful hosts who made us feel right at home. One bonus was an up-to-date & varied DVD lending library which gave our teenagers something to do in the evenings. Breakfast was served in the charming lodge dining area: a nice array of muffins, cinnamon rolls, cereals, bagels, fruit, cottage cheese, juices, coffee & teas. We hope to return soon!
