Shangri-La Lodge & Marina
Circa 1868. Originally a log farmhouse built in the late 1800s, Shangri-La Lodge & Marina in Elgin, Ontario sits on Whitefish Lake near the base of Jones Falls Locks in the heart of the Rideau Canal Waterway. There are four popular fishing lakes nearby. Enjoy the full-service restaurant and bar, boat rentals and launch as well as a gas and pump-out marina. Stay in a guest bedroom or a newly constructed cabin with pampering amenities. Breakfasts and dinners are served in the main lodge dining room and picnic lunches are provided.
