Natchez is home of the largest octagonal house in the country, the Longwood House. This architectural wonder has captivated sightseers for more than a century already. Just more than a mile away from Natchez is the Rosalie Mansion, a museum that features an antique collection of dolls and toys dating back to the era of the American Revolution. Stratton Chapel Gallery displays the best of the city's works of art. Old South Winery and the Melrose are two other attractions located very near the city's main districts.
