Reservation/Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation |
Deposits are refundable, less a $10 service fee if cancellation is received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. With less than 14 days notice we must be able to re-rent the room for the length of your stay in order to cancel. Cancellation time for graduations & groups reserving 4 or more rooms are refundable only 60 days before arrival unless rebooked for the length of stay. Boat Show booking are non refundable at time of booking, and can only be refunded if rebooked for full length of stay. All regular reservations must be confimed with a one night deposit charge to your credit card. Balance is due at check in. For Boat Shows & Naval Academy Graduation, full payment balance will be charged to your credit card 60 days prior to check in. |
