Three sisters and myself visited this lovely, historic mansion near the Ohio River and a great winery....for a bit of respite from families and some much needed together time! The HOME and accommodations are nothing short of amazing, as were the innkeepers. You will not be disappointed. A mini Biltmore, so near to so many! The bedding so luxurious too! And those porches, so heavenly and quiet in the morning with coffee and for conversations in the evening!!! We would love to return with our spouses in the Fall, but anytime would be wonderful. Simply magical!

Recently restored, it features 35 rooms, 7 staircases, 13 fireplaces and is furnished with period reproduction pieces and antiques. Guest bedrooms boast a variety of amenities. Enjoy the Celestine Schenck Suite with king-size sleigh bed, two working fireplaces, a sitting room with refrigerator and TV/VCR.
