“Exceptional place to stay”
Lee & Cindy EWe stayed for two nights at the beginning of a week in May 2011. The accommodations were exceptional, the host was friendly and very helpful in helping us plan our activities and get the most out of Baltimore, and the food was excellent. We will definitely try to go back if we visit Baltimore again.

“Go Ravens!”
Joan bBloomington, IN
12/15/2010
The perfect place to stay for a Ravens game. Free parking (worth $50.00). 15 min. walk to the stadium. Walk 2 min. to the best Ravens fan bar in Baltimore.
After the game retreat to the Inn and enjoy a quiet sleep. Breakfast is a foodie's paradise.

“A Special Weekend!”
Terri HKeedysville, MD
12/13/2010
My husband and I just enjoyed our second stay at Scarborough Fair B&B. Our first stay was a wedding gift and this one was to celebrate our fifth anniversary. We stayed in the spectacular Edgar Allen Poe Suite. This suite is exceptional from the electric candles and fireplace to the flat screen tv (my husband was ecstatic). The holiday decorations, snacks and wonderful aromas really enticed the holiday spirit. Barry is an outstanding host and made our stay extra special!!

“Everything a B&B should be.”
Shirley J9/15/2010
As always a wonderful stay and I speak from experience. I come annually for the antique show at the Convention Center, but this B&B is perfectly located for the Inner Harbor, a ball game at Camden Yards or just walking around Federal Hill. Breakfast is healthy and delicious; Barry & Jeff are warm and inviting hosts.

“Fabulous!”
Susan A7/28/2010
We spent two restful nights and active days here. The room was beautiful. Comfortable but tastefully decorated. The bath was large and included a jacuzzi which was fabulous after a day of sightseeing. There were always homemade snacks and plenty of cold beverages. The breakfasts were a delight. The food was delicious, innovative and fun. The biscotti was to die for and the homemade jams were out of this world.

“Everything Your Need”
Jo Ann BRed Oak, TX
5/19/2010
We found this area had everything we needed or was within a short walk or short taxi ride. Such things as the inner harbor, shopping, football or baseball games, restaurants . . . You just name it! We walked to the inner harbor and took a trolley ride round the harbor area so we would know what was there for us to do. There was also a boat tour available. One night there were fireworks which I understand happen frequently.
The room was really nice with a fine, comfortable bed and even a little TV, if we had time for it. Tea was always available in the dining room along with cookies or a snack along with soft drinks and water--all complimentary. Very, very comfortable and classy.
We loved walking around Federal Hill and visiting the little shops and the many good restaurants or taverns. The food was excellent, and the host even gave us little cards with suggestions and directions for chosing the one that suited out mood of the moment. His choices were great! In fact, my favorite meal of the whole trip (we also went to D. C. ) was in Baltimore at Ryleigh's. Bar'b qued shrimp and grits. YMMMMM!
What can I say about breakfast. I have stayed in many B & Bs and have never had a better breakfast offering. The first day was sweet and the next day was savory. The homemade lemoncello syrup for the pancakes with breakfast the last morning is something to remember. Fresh fruits, juices, homemade breads and scones, and cereals also can be added to the breakfast if you have any room for them.
We just loved our stay and are learning to love Baltimore, too.

“Peaceful oasis”
Vicky HWinston-Salem, NC

This inn is a peaceful oasis in the center of a busy and exciting neighborhood with plenty to do and see nearby. The room is handsome and luxuriously appointed, meals are delightful, the hosts are sensitive to the needs of the guests. Five stars in every way.

“A fabulous place to stay!”
jeannie a1/23/2010
A fabulous place to stay! The owners have thought of everything...all your needs anticipated for a pleasurable stay. Great location. Easy access to airport, walking distance to unique shops (check out Couture Closet on Light Street!), museums and all the Inner Harbor has to offer.
The gourmet delights are endless. In addition to the exquisite breakfast, fresh baked treats in the afternoons.
Owners are very welcoming, accomodating and make themselves available to assure you have an enjoyable visit to the area.
Cost was less than area chain hotels and includes free parking.
We will be back!

“Wonderful place to stay”

Cry your eyes out anyone who stays any where else in Baltimore. Don't know if there is a Four Seasons there but this beats it .... comfort, delicious food, style and wonderful eccentricity and personal care.

“Relaxation at its best”
Jim B1/11/2010
Really enjoyed our short two days. Accomodations were comfortable, clean and neat. Location could not be better. A few blocks from harbor with many shops and restaruants a block or two away in a quaint neighborhood. Looking forward to our next stay.

“First time at a bed and breakfast”
Brenda K10/23/2009
We recently stayed in Baltimore at the Scarborough Fair and we were completely delighted with all aspects of our stay.
The breakfasts provided by Claudette were excellent along with her wonderful sense of making you feel welcome. The location is central and one can walk to the inner harbor in a very short time. We would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast as great place to stay.
