We require a deposit of one night's lodging, with a 7 day cancellation notice. Holidays and special weekends require a deposit of one night's lodging, with a 10 day cancellation notice. With proper notice, your deposit is returned minus $15 for processing. Without proper notice, you will be charged the $15, plus the amount of room rate if the room cannot be re-rented.
