Located on two peaceful acres, this historic resort hotel was the first in the area. View Taos Mountain from the decks, stargaze, bird watch, go ballooning, llama trekking or white water rafting. Workshops, weddings and other special events are delightful experiences with a variety of meeting places including an outdoor studio perfect for yoga. A good-sized (12x19) ground-floor room with two new Eurotop plush queen beds. Private bathroom. Partial view of garden and wedding pavilion. Excellent access to pool, hot tub and dining. Entry is from a covered walkway. This room is dog-friendly. Rate is for one or two people. One or two additional people are permitted, with an extra person fee of $15 per person per night. Four people maximum.
A very large (19x19) ground-floor room with gas kiva fireplace. It has two extra-long twin beds and a queen bed. All three beds have new Eurotop plush mattresses. View of garden and wedding pavilion. Entry is from a covered walkway. ADA compliant (Americans with Disabilities Act) with 36-inch wide exterior and interior doors, good maneuvering space, tilted bathroom mirror, under-sink knee protectors, grab bars and extra-large roll-in shower. Bathroom has no tub. This room is dog-friendly. Rate is for one or two people. Additional persons in excess of two are permitted, with an extra person fee of $15 per person per night. Four people maximum.
A good-sized (12x16) upstairs corner room with a new Eurotop plush queen bed. Wood-burning kiva fireplace and private bathroom. French doors open onto a small (4x11) private deck with table and chairs. Deck overlooks a stream (Acequia Madre) and is shaded by a large apricot tree. Fine view of Taos Mountain from inside the room or from the deck. Entry is from an interior hall. Two people maximum.
A large and long (13x25) upstairs room with a new Eurotop plush king bed. Wood-burning kiva fireplace. French doors open onto a large (10x16) wooden deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Fine view of Taos Mountain from inside the room or from the deck. Entry is from an interior hall. Private bathroom with separate vanity. Rate is for one or two people. A rollaway or air bed can be added, intended for children 17 and under only, with a $20 extra person charge. Three people maximum.
