We stayed at Ruby Rose for our 1st anniversary. My husband surprised me. It was absolutely fabulous. There weren’t any televisions in the rooms, which I appreciated. The owners Jim and Sandy are wonderful people with fun stories. They are very accommodating and conversing with them was a pleasure. Sandy put together very enticing and flavorful breakfasts. The area is beautiful. They have 24 acres of property you can walk. There is a hammock hung from two trees along their walking trail. It was a great place to relax back and listen to nature. It only took us approximately 15 minutes to get to the gates of Mesa Verde National Park. The restaurant choices around the area were superb. Jim and Sandy helped guide us to the great restaurants. The restaurants are non-chain and locally owned. Most of the restaurants seem to use produce from the local farmers. We would definitely stay at Ruby Rose again.

Ruby Rose B&B is just a fantastic place to stay and we would recommend to stay for a few days and enjoy the region and the friendlyness of the hosts. The place is peacefull, tastefully decorated, very comfortable, children friendly and on top of everything the hosts are great and "true". Certainly to be recommended and as far as we are concerned, the BEST accomodation we had during our 3 weeks tour of the US this summer.
