“Great Time for Mardi Gras”

Our stay was perfect, had a great time for Mardi Gras. Peter and Ruby were wonderful hosts and great conversationalists. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in New Orleans. Best to all and thank you.

Minimum Stay Requirements:	Rose Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn is located in a SAFE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Late arrival by special arrangement only. Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. All guest rooms have a private bath (shower). In-room phones and TV's. Rates include a hearty continental breakfast. Two guests per room maximum (except Guest Room 5, Family Suite). A minimum of 2 nights is required except for special events where a minimum of 4 nights is required. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved.
Children Restrictions:	Children over 12
Cancellation:	If cancellation is 7 days prior to arrival the full deposit is returned. There is a $20 rebooking fee. If cancellation is 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit amount is forfeited.
Pets:	Pets Allowed.
Smoking:	Outside Only.
