What a place! It is beautiful!! Amazing how a storm in Chicago causing power outages will lead to a great weekend in Appleton, Wisconsin. Our stay was simply amazing. My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing New Years B&B getaway. Just 20 mins from home, this amazing B&B made us feel as if we had traveled cross country. We just stayed in the Tapestry Room of The Roost B&B. I have to be honest, I was a little nervous, booking a bed and breakfast. I LIKE the anonymity of a hotel. But man, this experience was second to none. All five of the rooms are beautiful. I like The Roost because it's more of a Tuscan/French Cottage style vs. a big, stuffy Victorian, which suits our tastes much better. The room was perfect, perfectly clean, complete with a two-person whirlpool tub right in the room. The bed was awesome ... my husband can't stop talking about it. I am really picky about food and the hosts accommodated my tastes. They also used local & organic goods, something I really appreciate. Bottom line, we will stay there again. You should, too. You will not regret it, I can promise you. I know I sound like a paid advertiser, but I am not. I was just so impressed. Forget the big, cold, chain hotel and support your local business.

We had an incredible Valentine's Day weekend. Your home is beautiful and the room was exceptional! The breakfast was beyond belief! What an amazing weekend. Thank you for everything. We will be coming back for sure!

What a beautiful room ... a piece of heaven! I loved the relaxing hot tub, fireplace, candles and comfy bed. What a great way to spend a birthday with friends, chatting, drinking wine. We are parents of five children and REALLY needed this getaway. The room was excellent ... every amenity you could possibly need.
