Bonnie Brae
Meaning "beautiful hill," it reflects the innkeeper's Scottish roots and, from its twelve windows, looks out on the front grounds, foothills and Cheyenne Mountain in the distance. A romantic 580-square foot suite with a king-size wrought iron four-poster featherbed, entertainment center and fireplace, you'll relax in the cozy attached private parlor. El Ocaso
"The Sunset," faces west with beautiful views of "America's Mountain" - Pike's Peak - and the back terraces and patio through its ten windows. Country French in style, 420-square feet El Ocaso features a king-size featherbed, entertainment center and cozy sitting room with fireplace. The bathroom fixtures are hand-painted Italian porcelain and include a bathtub/shower. There is an additional bedroom adjacent which, when sharing the bath, turns El Ocaso into a two-bedroom suite for four ($110 charge)

Greenstone Cottage
Above the greenstone and stucco carriage house, the 780-square foot "cottage" features a queen-size cherry pencil-post featherbed, fireplace, separate living room with jetted tub for two and big screen TV. There is a private bath with shower and the "cottage" also has a fully equipped kitchen and a sleeping nook to accommodate two additional people [$75 add'l person - $110 add'l two]. Children permitted

Carriage House
Rustic but comfortable, the Carriage House has country furnishings and a bath with shower. The windows open to rock formations and natural flora and the big carriage house doors remind one of a bygone era. At an additional cost, it can sleep up to six when the French doors to "The Study" are open and a comfortable futon and another half-bath are accessible. This is the only handicapped accessible suite at the Inn. Children permitted

Easily accessible from either Bonnie Brae or El Ocaso, the Library offers additional space for up to two more guests
