Magnolia Cottage
Private cottage decorated with a Country Victorian flair. Comfy Queen bed, spacious whirlpool tub for two, full kitchen, central heat & air, carpeting, cable TV, DVD, free movie library and gas grill. Wireless Internet is provided. The property has an additional studio rental that is oftentimes used as an unattached second bedroom with a bath, kitchenette, love seat and cable TV that can be rented for a second couple.

Innkeeper Note
Rhonda & Nate Powell have been in the hospitality business for over 17 years, first owning a B&B, then seven years ago they designed and built Rockhaven's self-contained rentals. Rhonda worked in the country music entertainment business for 23 years. Rhonda is also the creative designer for the rentals while her husband, Nate, is the very talented builder. With their combined talents and love for people, Rhonda and Nate have created the Romantic Magnolia Cottage, a lovely country Victorian dollhouse, and the warm and comfortable, Civil War era cabin, named after Nate's "Uncle Pete." The latest addition is called, the "Calico Cottage," another accommodation which serves as an extra "unattached" bedroom/bath for either of the rentals or as a charming little studio rental, complete with a double bed, shower, kitchenette, cable TV, love seat and front porch and deck. The 75-acre, 4th generation family farm has inviting pastoral views with cattle and horses grazing in the distance, beautiful magenta and lavender sunsets and a relaxing fish pond.
