My husband & I stayed at this wonderful inn back in October 2005. To this day, it remains a fantastic memory & a favorite vacation. We chose to stay here shortly before the birth of our first child (a last get-away for just the 2 of us), and we had such a lovely time. Our room, as well as the rest of the home, was beautiful & comfortable. All meals were so delicious (Wolf is an artist in the kitchen)! But, by far, the best part of our stay was meeting Robin & Wolf - such warm & welcoming people! We look forward to returning one day (when the children are older)!

Circa 1915. The apt name of this oceanfront inn describes the soothing sounds of the sea that lull many a happy guest into a restful night's sleep. Watching sunsets, strolling the beach, bird watching and whale watching are popular activities. Many of the features of a Craftsman home are incorporated in this seaside inn, such as light-filled spacious rooms, adjoining dining and living areas and gleaming natural wood floors. Mission oak furnishings compliment the inn's architecture. For guests seeking an especially private stay, ask for the three-room suite and arrange for a private dinner prepared by the innkeeper Wolfgang Wendt, a European trained chef. Full breakfasts are provided each morning. Guests are given complimentary beach towels and chairs. There is free parking and complimentary use of bicycles.
