Yogurt Dip

Description:
Dip for appetizer table

Ingredients:
1 quart plain yogurt
3 – 4 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Pour yogurt into a fine mesh strainer and allow to drain for 1/2 hour.
Mash garlic with a little salt in a mortar with pestle, mix with yogurt and add salt to taste. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve with warm Pita bread.
