Yankee Corn Pudding

Description:
Great served with Thanksgiving Dinner

Ingredients:
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Bacon bits, if desired
chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:
Spray 8 custard cups (1/2 cup size) with Pam. Place on a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. divide among the custard cups. Sprinkle with bacon bits and chopped parsley.
Bake for 25-30 minutes ir until slightly browned.
