Umpon Kaka - Baked Omelet

A souffle-like omelet that is served with fruit
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Beat together the first four ingredients-by hand or in the blender, while butter melts in an oven-poof dish. (about 9 or 10 inch dish like a pie dish)
Brush the sides as well as the bottom.
Pour the mixture in gently and place pie dish in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
Don't worry if it falls in the center, it makes more room for your favorite crushed fruit or jam.
Yield: 4 people
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minute
