Strawberry Soup
Description:
Ice cold, this is the perfict way to start your summer morning.
Ingredients:
6-8 Whole frozen strawberries Do not thaw them before using. 2 Tabl. sugar 1/3 Cup Light Sour Cream 3/4 Cup Skim milk 1 tsp. Almond extract
Directions:
Place all ingredients in food processor, Process until smoth. do not over process. Spoon into small soup bowls or berry dishes.
