Description:
A rich and tasty spin on french toast!

Ingredients:
Sourdough bread, sliced
Cream cheese (for spreading)
Orange marmalade
1 egg per person
1 cup milk per baking dish needed
shake of cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Sauce:
1 lb. butter
1 lb. cream cheese
2 lbs. powdered sugar
2 whole oranges
orange juice

Directions:
Make a sandwich, on sourdough bread, of cream cheese and orange marmalade. Place in a 'pammed' baking dish. (Normal cassarole dish can hold up to 7-8 sandwiches).

Add 1 egg per person, plus 1 cup of milk per baking dish and beat together with a shake of cinnamon and 1 tsp. of vanilla. Pour mixture over sandwiches and let stand a few minutes. Turn sandwiches over and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Turn sandwiches over again in AM. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with sauce.

Sauce:
Combine butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Process 2 whole oranges and add to sugar mixture. Add enough orange juice to bring to consistency of sour cream. Heat before serving. Can be frozen for weeks.
