Red potatoes Olive Oil Butter Fresh Thyme
Directions:
Boil sliced potatoes in water until tender. Drain and remove from pot. Add olive 2 TBS olive oil to skillet and add 1 TBS butter. Add 2 TBS fresh thyme and potatoes. Gently toss and serve.
