Pizza Pizazz For Breakfast!

Description:
Wow your friends and family with this gourmet breakfast pizza!

Ingredients:
CRUST
Most people have their own dough recipe or just use Boboli or Pillsbury crusts.
Pizza oven brick

TOPPING FOR 2 12-inch PIZZAS:
6 strips bacon
butter, 1 tbsp, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 cups grated mozzarella
6 large eggs
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons minced flat-leaf parsley
2 scallions, thinly sliced or chopped
2 tbsp minced chive
2 roma tomatos, super-thinly sliced
A pinch of rosemary if it is to your liking

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees 30 minutes before you are ready to bake the pizza.
In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, fry bacon until crisp.
Cool on a paper-towel-lined plate; roughly chop.
Brush the dough with butter
Sprinkle lightly with seasonings of your choice, i.e., garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, etc., over the butter. This enhances the flavor of the crust; don't forget the edges!
Sprinkle the dough with half of the Parmesan, mozzarella.
If desired, layer with tomato slices.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Crack 3 eggs over the top.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place pizza on stone and bake for 5 minutes. Rotate (to avoid sticking) and bake for another 3 to 5 minutes), until crust is golden, cheese is melted, and eggs are cooked.
