Peaches and Cream Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
12 slices cinnamon swirl bread, halfed diagonally

3-4 peaches, sliced and cut into cubes

3 oz. cream cheese

8 eggs, lightly beaten

2 c. milk

1 c. whipping cream

1/2 c. sugar

1 t. vanilla

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/2 nutmeg

Directions:
Arrange the bread slices in a rectangular baking dish, top with peaches and cubed cream cheese.

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour over

bread mixture. Press down with back of spoon. Cover and chill for 8-24 hours. Let pudding

stand at room temperature for 15 min. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake, uncovered, for 40-50

minutes or until set.

Before serving dizzle caramel over the pudding and sprinkle with pecans.
