Ingredients:
6 eggs
2/3 cup orange juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
8 - 3/4" slices French bread
Directions:
Beat eggs in large bowl. Add orange juice, salt, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and peel. Soak bread in egg mixture, coating both sides. Butter a 9x13 pan liberally and place break slices in a single layer. Pour any remaining egg mixture over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
