Fresh Garden Salsa
Description:
This Fresh Garden Salsa can be made with tomatoes, tomatillos or a combination of both.
Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes
2 medium tomatillos
1 red onion, diced
1 bunch cilantro
2 cloves garlic
juice of l lime
1 small jalapeno pepper
salt to taste
Directions:
Add the diced tomatoes, tomatillos and onions to a bowl.
Add the chopped cilantro
Blend together the garlic, jalapeno and lime juice and add to the tomato mixture.
Salt to taste.
