Crab Quiche

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup chopped onions
8 oz. package swiss cheese (grated)
6 oz. crabmeat

Directions:
whisk the eggs, add milk and mayonnaise and mix together
Stir in the flour.
Add onions, cheese and fresh crabmeat and mix well.
Pour into piecrust lined quiche dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center of the quiche.
