Corn Pudding

Description:
We serve this dish at many of our dinners, always get requests for this recipe

Ingredients:
3 cans cream corn
3 cans whole kernal corn - do not drain
2 sticks melted butter
2 cups sour cream
4 eggs
2 boxes jiffy corn bread mix

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 11x15 greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
