Cinnamon Nuts

Description:
“A real treat around the holidays and also great for gift giving.”

Ingredients:
2 c. shelled almonds and pecans
1 egg white, unbeaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cinnamon

Directions:
Mix nuts and egg white thoroughly. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Add to nuts. The egg white will absorb it all. Spread on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Stir often and watch carefully so not to burn. Cool and break into pieces.
