Description:
Wonderful chilled soup served for a summer brunch, or even dessert!
Ingredients:
1 fresh ripe cantaloupe, cubed
3 ripe peaches, peeled and cut into chunks
1 tsp almond extract
1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
2 tdp lemon juice
2 cups whipping cream
dash nutmeg
Directions:
Blend small amounts of the fruits in a blender. Add remeining ingredients. Chill. serve in a stemmed glass with a dollop of whipped cream, sliced strawberry and a dash of nutmeg.
