Chilled Cantalaloupe Riesling Soup

Description:
Cold soup ideal for hot weather

Ingredients:
4 cups Pureed Cantaloupe
3 cups Orange Juice
1 cup Riesling Wine
Zest of 1 Lime
2 TBSP. Roses Lime Juice

Chill.

Directions:
In a food processor, puree cantaloupe with orange juice in small batches until smooth. Add wine, zest and limejuice.
Chill. Serve with lime wheel garnish.
