Cheesy Bread Bowl

Description:
Hollowed out loaf of sour-doughh bread makes a wonderful serving bowl for decadent fondue-like cheese dip.

Ingredients:
Sour Dough Loaf
1 Cup Mayo
8 slices of crisp cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup finely minced onion
2 tsp Worchesterxhire Sauce
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
1 cup shredded mmozzarella
dash of hot sauce
dash of salt
dash of garlic salt

Directions:
Cut top of sour dough off and hollow out loaf to form "shell". Save bread pieces to brown later and dip in cheese bowl.
Mix all other ingredients thoroughly and spoon into bread bowl. Cheese mixture should be slightly mounded, but not overflowing the bowl. Wrap loosely, but entirely in foil and bake at 350 for one hour. Serve immediately with cracker or bread of choice. Warm tortillas compliment nicely as well.
