Cake Mix Cookies

This Recipie is from Dorthea Wright. Our Grandmother was a house mother for two different fraternaties and was always cooking for a crowd. Ingredients: 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1 (18.25 ounce) box Devil's Food Cake 2 teaspoons water 2 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 teaspoon almond extract 1/2 cup choped nuts (pecans or walnuts) Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Pour confectioners' sugar into a bowl and set aside. In a different bowl combine cake mix, eggs, water, oil, extract, and nuts mixing until it forms a dough. Break off cookie sized chunks and roll in the confectioners' sugar until rounded. Place on cookie sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
