Best Herb Blend
Description:
This all-purpose herb blend is perfect for all meats and firmer fishes such as Salmon. Good also for a quick olive oil and pasta toss.
Ingredients:
Mix equal amounts dried oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary, garlic, salt and 1/2 amount pepper.
Store in tightly sealed container.
Use with chicken, salmon and beef as needed, or to dress potatoes with olive oil for roasting.
