Banana Bread

Description:
You can really taste the bananas. The secret is to use REALLY ripe bananas. The darker the better.

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
3 ripe bananas
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

Directions:
Grease or butter 1 standard loaf pan.
Mash bananas to a thin batter.
Add sugar and eggs.
Beat, then add butter
Sift together flour, salt and soda.
Add to first mixture.
Bake in loaf pan at 350 for 60 minutes.
Cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
